Data Retention Period:

Ttb15 retains your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and to comply with applicable legal requirements. In general, financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years in accordance with financial legal requirements in Malaysia. KYC records are retained throughout the active membership period and for 5 years after account closure. Upon expiry of the relevant retention period, data will be securely deleted or anonymised.

While ttb15 takes all reasonable precautions to protect your data, no digital system is 100% impenetrable. We recommend that you also take personal security measures such as using a strong and unique password and enabling 2FA.
7Member Rights Regarding Personal Data

As a ttb15 member and an individual protected under data protection laws, you hold the following rights regarding your personal information that we retain. ttb15 is committed to respecting and facilitating the exercise of all these rights.

Right of Access
You have the right to request a copy of all personal information TTB15 holds about you. Such requests will be processed within 30 business days. One free request is permitted every 12 months.
Right to Rectification
If you find that any personal information we hold about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to request an immediate correction. Contact our support team and provide the relevant supporting documents.
Right to Erasure
